・・ これこれ これも美味しいんだよね そして大豆の水煮は絶対手作り 作り方も下に載せとくね! 甘辛い味付けとカリッとしたじゃこが 絶妙!!!超美味しいです 作り置き、お弁当にも最適🩷 …………………………………… ★カリッカリじゃこと 大豆の甘辛炒め揚げ★ ■材料 ・大豆200〜300g ・片栗粉(塗すくらい) ・ちりめんじゃこ万1 ・エサンテ油 A ・酢大1.5〜2 ・砂糖大1.5〜2 ・醤油大2 ・炒りごま大2〜3 ■作り方 ①大フライパンに エサンテ油を2ミリほど入れ IRフライモード170℃セット ②ピピッとなったら片栗粉塗した 大豆水煮を①に入れる ちりめんじゃこもいれて蓋をする ③2分ほどしたらひっくり返しながら じゃこがカリッとするまで揚げる(5分ほど) ④Aを入れて汁気がなくなるまで 絡めて出来上がり 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜 *大豆水煮 大豆一袋を浄水で洗って 大ソースパンに大豆と3倍の浄水を入れ IR保温モードで3時間 ふっくら美味しい大豆の水煮ができます (使わない分は ジプロックに分けて冷凍してます) 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜 #リール動画 #大豆の甘辛揚げ
