Ruger, our Treeing Walker Coonhound ran out of our camp after some elk and was completely gone. After searching for a little over 3 days doing all the recommended things and driving around in the sxs my husband came upon him standing in the middle of one of the roads. He was 2.5 miles away and 1000ft up in elevation from our camp.
