FACT CHECK: On June 23, ICE officers were conducting targeted enforcement operations in Marydel, Maryland. They arrested Eliseo Perez Roblero, a 42-year-old criminal illegal alien from Guatemala whose criminal history includes pending charges rape, assault, and obstruction. Officers also arrested Julian Lopez-Berduo, 40, a previously removed illegal alien from Guatemala, with a final order of removal and no legal right to be in the United States.During the operations, a group of anti-ICE agitato
