This is a flavour profile I will never get sick of. Gnarly roasted carrots and chickpeas, tossed in a sticky spicy sauce, then served on a bed of whipped feta. I even put the carrot tops to good use by making a nice herby drizzle to put on top. I like this as a roast side, but it is also banging as a dish in and of itself with some breads to swipe through.
